    Mitzvah Day 2016

Join other members of Alyth to participating in this global day of Jewish-led Social Action.  As well as a range of children’s activities, we have adult activities linked to Alyth’s Social Action projects that run throughout the year, which include:

Cook-In – We will cook a meal here at Alyth for 50 clients of Homeless Action in Barnet, as well as pasta bakes for the Alyth Monthly Drop-In for refugees, and food for the Alyth gemach freezer.

Intergenerational Reading and Refreshments Morning – Our aim is to join old and young by reading to each other over tea and biscuits.

Kisharon – EQUAL – charity shop work – spend 2 hours helping to promote Kisharon’s new social enterprise gift shop supporting Jewish people with severe learning and physical difficulties.
