At the AGM in May, the community agreed that Alyth should incorporate, becoming a company limited by guarantee. As part of the incorporation process, new governing documents (Memorandum and Articles of Association) are being drafted by the Governance Group that was constituted for this purpose. Part of the process of drafting new governing documents is to receive input from the community. At the Council Meeting in September, the Governance Group will make a presentation and take soundings from members of Council and the community. All members of the community are invited to attend the meeting and be part of this important discussion. Please join us on Tuesday 4 September 19:30. The meeting will start at 19:30 with evening prayers.
