    Why Some Prayers Keep Repeating and What they Mean

    Some core pieces of the liturgy keep repeating throughout the day on Yom Kippur.  Together we will look at three or  four of the key prayers, what they mean, and where they came from.

    Jewish Mindfulness Meditation through the Ten Days

    The Alyth Meditation Room offers a space for contemplation and spirituality.  Led by expert facilitators and Rabbis drawing from the Jewish meditative tradition.  You are welcome to attend every session, or to simply drop in when you wish, and no pre-booking is necessary.

    Making Sense of the Yom Kippur Services

    Sometimes Yom Kippur can feel like an uninterrupted stream of unintelligible words. Join Rabbi Josh for two sessions over Shabbat Shuvah (Friday 7th at 17:15, Saturday 8th at 09:15) preparing us to engage with the Yom Kippur liturgy.  You are welcome to come to one or both sessions.
