The Alyth Meditation Room offers a space for contemplation every day through the time between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Led by expert facilitators and rabbis drawing from the Jewish meditative tradition. You are welcome to attend every session, or to simply drop in when you wish, and no pre-booking is necessary.

Is aimed at the mature student – but open to seekers of mellow yoga of all ages. Increase energy levels, fitness and immunity, improve joint flexibility and enhance your overall mental and physical wellbeing. Each session includes gentle and effective breathing stretching, relaxation and meditation. Less active participants can do all movements sitting in a chair.
