    Jewish Mindfulness Meditation: Roland Brandman "How to stop a snake biting"

    “As recommended by Kohelet and one of the Psalma, we will work on a practice of quiet acceptance on the face of the painful or irritating.”

    Roland has for the last ten years, since he completed his degree in Classical literature and philosophy, turned to the study of mystical, Eastern and religious thought and the practice of meditative techniques in various traditions as a student of the School of Meditation et al.
