This week: Meditating with joy – an act of devotion with Mika Hadar-Borthwick, finding the inner space of joy and devotion in the practice of meditation.
The founder of Hasidism, Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov (1698–1760) is quoted as saying “In the eyes of the Hasidim, joy is considered a biblical commandment, a mitzvah.”

At this session Viv will explain the process of learning the singing and introduce you to the neginot (musical accents) found in the Torah.
