The Sunday morning Shacharit service starts at 9.00am in the Synagogue library. It is a welcoming, inclusive, lay led service that includes time for discussion, learning and praying together. Many take the opportunity to lay Teffilin at this time.
After the service, the group meets for a bagel and coffee in the kitchen.
At the Sternberg Centre
18:30 Service
(Alyth’s High Holy Days Synagogue)
We will be using the old synagogue at the Sternberg Centre as our ‘Alyth’s High Holy Days Synagogue’.
Join Rabbi Mark and Rabbi Josh for a service bringing the very best of our Friday nights to the start of the Yamim Noraim. We will once again be using the draft edition of our Days of Awe Machzor. Copies of the book will be available at the service, so there is no need to bring your own Machzor. The D’var Torah will be given by Rabbi Colin.
14:00 – 16:00
