#AlythChanukah
1st Night Chanukah, Saturday 24 December
All you need to do is print out a copy of our #AlythChanukah instructions – copies are available at Alyth or download it from our website. Then, on Saturday 24 December, light your first night Chanukah candles any time after 17:00 and most importantly, take a photograph of yourselves doing it. Post the photo to Instagram using the ‘hashtag’ #AlythChanukah. If it is easier for you, email the photo to mike@alyth.org.uk and he will post it online for you.
Communal Candle Lightings
Members of Alyth will be hosting candle lightings on first night Chanukah in the N3, NW11, N8, NW3 and NW7 areas – contact Bonnie at bonnie@alyth.org.uk or 020 8457 8784 if you would like to join other members at one of these venues. Alternatively join us at Alyth at 18:00 to light the candles in the synagogue. Or stay in and light the candles at home with those you love.
Transport can be provided to any of the candle lighting locations. Please contact Lynette at lynette@alyth.org.uk or on 020 8457 8793 by Tuesday 20 December if you would like transportation.
