    Reform Judaism Shabbat: 23-24 October

    “You shall call the Shabbat a delight!” (Isaiah 58:13). The whole Jewish community is celebrating a special Shabbat on this weekend and Reform communities are joining in with Reform Judaism Shabbat nationwide. Alyth is looking forward to a Shabbat of togetherness, learning and celebration with a series of events starting on Thursday night and continuing until the end of Shabbat at 18:37 on Saturday.

    Following the Erev Shabbat Service join us for an Oneg Shabbat – an opportunity for people to share a Shabbat meal, sing Shabbat songs and enjoy the spirit of Shabbat together.  Food is provided, but if you would like to contribute please bring some pre cut fruit or chocolates.  Please let us know if you would like to join us by calling Lynette on 020 8457 8793 and let her know whether you require transport.
