Following the Erev Shabbat Service join us for an Oneg Shabbat – an opportunity for people to share a Shabbat meal, sing Shabbat songs and enjoy the spirit of Shabbat together. Food is provided, but if you would like to contribute please bring some pre cut fruit or chocolates. Our weekly service for under 5’s with Rabbi Hannah, Chloe Kimmel, our Youth and Education Hub Early Years Educator, and Tor Alter, our Head of Kindergarten. A fun way to share the Jewish tradition with our youngest children. Join us for song, stories and to meet some new friends in Alyth’s Shabbat den.
18:30 – 19:30
All generations of the Alyth community come together every Friday night for our Kabbalat Shabbat (Shabbat Evening) service. The service begins at 18:30 and is no more than one hour in length. With participative music, a thoughtful Dvar Torah, time to think and a powerful sense of community, this is one of the best-attended and most rewarding Shabbat services in the whole of London.
