Alyth member Dr Amnon Aran is Senior Lecturer in International Politics of the Middle East at City University. In this talk and discussion he will examine the foreign policy response of Israel to the implosion of Syria, the social and economic challenges faced by Jordan and Lebanon as they struggle to cope with a huge influx of refugees and the conflict in Egypt between the military and political Islamists. -
