Forum on Support for Tefillah at Alyth

    20:00-21:30

Lay support is central to the smooth running of services at Alyth.  As important, are the special relationships between members that can develop in a synagogue which celebrates so many life cycle events.

For many years , services at Alyth have been supported by small teams of committed volunteer wardens.  After discussions with the current team, we are now exploring new models for this important volunteering that are more suited to a multi-minyan community with so many life-cycle events, and to our busy modern lives.  This meeting will be an opportunity for us to think together about the ways in which we can best support the variety of services that take place at Alyth, as a partnership of lay members and Rabbis.

For more information, or to let us know you are coming, please contact one of the Rabbinic Partners: josh@alyth.org.uk or mark@alyth.org.uk.
