Welcome to the Alyth Website |
|
Welcome to the dynamic and interactive www.alyth.org.uk , North Western Reform Synagogue on the Internet All of the staff of Alyth have worked with the Movement for Reform Judaism's web design service, led by Brian Teeman, to create what you see today, with the guidance of Alyth's Council. We aim for this site to be part of our community, full of useful information and the contacts to get yourself involved, full of learning resources to help you to build your Judaism, fun and easy to use. Click "read more" for a quick guide to what you can find on the site. Click anything in blue and you will go straight to that part of the website.

As a dynamic web site what you will find today will continue to build and develop in order to make the Alyth website ever more useful. There are some great features which we have incorporated. For example if you would like to see a map of how to get from any address in the world (really!). You will find it half way down the left hand side of the Home page on the site, under "Find Us".

-
If you go to the Contacts page you will find click through details of all of our Staff Team, including direct phone numbers and the capacity to e-mail any one of us straight from the site, and see a photo of each of us if you are not sure which one of us you want to contact!
-
-
Our Rabbis have large and growing collections of resources which you can download - sermons, articles, learning resources. This link will get you straight to Rabbi Mark Goldsmith's collection, this link to those of Rabbi Laura Janner-Klausner and this link to those of Rabbi Josh Levy. Did you notice the little envelope next to each of the Rabbis names? If you click on it it will take you straight to each of our contact pages.

A unique resource on the Alyth website is the ability to play any of the Alyth podcasts which we have recorded on any computer with a speaker - great for 10 to 15 minutes of quality Jewish learning.

There is much more here on our new website and plenty that we will add in the future - go and explore! If you have any comments on the new www.alyth.org.uk, anything you would like to use it for but were not able to today, anything that you found particularly helpful, anything that you would have liked to be different please contact Rabbi Mark Goldsmith who has been guiding the project here at Alyth.
