Alyth is the leading Progressive Jewish community in the UK, with the range and quality of activities of a large synagogue, and the feel and warmth of a local community.

Our 3,500 members and friends from across North London enjoy a diverse and engaging Jewish life – whether they are 8 or 80, in a family or single, religious or secular.  As a community, we know that nothing is more important than the relationships that we build and the welcome and the care that we can give to one another; we believe in equality and inclusion as religious principles, and include everyone equally, irrespective of gender, ability, race, wealth, age and sexual orientation.

Our communal life includes diverse, innovative and engaging prayer and learning; social and cultural activities; care for each other and engagement with the world around us.

Alyth is a committed member of the Movement for Reform Judaism, and a supporter of the Leo Baeck College.

We invite you to join us for Shabbat, learning or any aspect of our communal life.  To find out more, please contact our Community Director, Adam Martin.

Everything that we do is built together from a shared set of values
